Why do I have to order a whole flat (24 cans)?

Beer is heavy and Canada Post's rates make it prohibitive to ship smaller amounts while keeping your shipping costs reasonable. When we ship 24 cans at a time, we are able to offer you discounted shipping (you only pay 50% of the actual shipping cost - we cover the rest!).     

Where do you ship to?

Shipped beer orders are delivered by Canada Post and can only be shipped to addresses within British Columbia. Gift cards and merchandise items can be shipped anywhere in Canada.

How does local delivery work?

Local delivery is available for certain areas within Greater Vancouver. Deliveries are made on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Your delivery driver will ask to see 2 pieces of ID to verify your age and confirm your name and address.

Before choosing Local Delivery at checkout, please read our Local Delivery page carefully and check that your address is within our delivery area.

Can I add a tip to my local delivery order?

Yes! 100% of tips go to Parkside staff. Just add the "Local Delivery Tip" product to your cart in the amount of your choosing.

How much does shipping cost?

Do I have to show ID to receive my shipped beer order?

Yes. On delivery, recipients are required to present two pieces of ID, one of which must be government-issued identification proving the required age of 19 or older. The second piece has to include an imprint of the name and signature and/or picture. (Please note: the name on the order and the name of the person receiving it must match!) If you are unable to provide proof of legal drinking age, the beer will be returned us. We will recover the shipping costs to and from the destination out of your payment and refund you the remaining value.

Can I purchase beer and/or merchandise online and pick up at the Tasting Room?

Yes you can! Select the free “Pick Up at the Tasting Room” option at checkout and we will put aside your order. For more details on local pickup, please see our Shipping & Returns page

Will the shipping process have any negative effects on the beer?

Nope! We store the beer in optimal conditions at our brewery, before it makes a fairly short trip across the province. We recommend you refrigerate your beers upon arrival.

How do I find out the status of my order?

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you upon placing your order. You will receive another e-mail when your order is shipped with a Canada Post tracking number. Please be aware that Canada Post estimated delivery dates can fluctuate. Use your Canada Post tracking number for the most up-to-date information.

What happens if my product is damaged upon arrival?

Get in touch with us right away at office@theparksidebrewery.com. Send us a photo to help us figure out what happened, and we’ll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Do you allow returns and exchanges for beer and merchandise?

All beer sales will be final. For more details on merchandise returns and exchanges, visit our Shipping & Returns page.

Do you sell kegs?

Sorry, we are not offering keg sales at this time.
